Demeter would have approved

The history of the Demeter brand goes back to 1927, when a number of farmers, believers in biodynamics, decided to protect their companies. They put their trust in Demeter, the goddess of fertility and the earth. First with the flower mark, and then with the logo, Demeter appeared on all products obtained from biodynamic farming.

Recently Demeter has developed a new method of evaluating the quality of food through the technique of dark field microscopy. This work was validated by the international scientific community and published in “The Scientific World Journal”.

Exploiting the Demeter brand means adopting the regulations of the association which in Italy is headquartered in Parma.
